Muurrbay would like to extend a big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Regional Languages Meeting at the start of the month.

We would like to extend a massive thank you to Bularri Muurlay Nyanggan for their amazing opening ceremony on Country and the very special walking tour on the beach. This was a highlight that all attendees were deeply moved by in their feedback surveys.

Over three days we came together to share knowledge, strengthen connections, and celebrate the incredible work happening across our language communities. Delegates contributed powerful insights through workshops, yarns and brainstorming sessions. We are truly grateful for the passion everyone brought to the gathering.

A special thank you to First Languages Australia (FLA) for their contribution to the meeting, and for leading a dedicated full day of activities. Your work was deeply valued by all who attended.
